He has specialized in the area of retail banking and risk management for over 10 years, which complements his experience in insurance, particularly in construction warranty. In addition to this, Randolf has built business models for investors and home- owners to drive innovative wealth creation opportunities.

Warren has over 15 years experience in a range of commer cial and residential development, in addition to a strong grounding in finance and management. Warren is a licensed residential builder, and has recently attained realestate accreditation. He has had hands-on exposure to all facets of building, planning and project management with particular expertise in various project delivery methods and financing.
